The Customer hereby agrees to abide by these stated TERMS AND CONDITIONS, which cannot be modified, changed, or tampered awith by any representative or staff member of the involved parties. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are applicable to all shipments made by the Customer. Champion Express Global LLC retains the right to modify or revise these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The extent of liability of Champion Express Global LLC shall not exceed the limits specified in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS under any circumstances. These Terms, including all liability limitations, are also applicable to the chosen carrier and their agents and contracted carriers.
Rates. The rates are calculated based on Dock Door Pickup/Dock Door Delivery and Shipper Load/Consignee Unload, taking into account state-to-state travel and mileage.
Independent Contractors. Champion Express Global LLC and the Customer mutually acknowledge that Champion Express Global LLC functions as an independent contractor at all times, with no agency relationship established with the Carrier or the Customer. The Customer does not exert control or supervision over Champion Express Global LLC, its operations, employees, or carriers.
Payment Terms. All Customers are required to complete onboarding documentation, including providing credit card information. Net payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise specified in written communication. Unsettled invoices beyond the due date may be subject to a service charge, not exceeding 1.5% of the outstanding invoice amount. The Customer accepts the responsibility of paying the indicated convenience fee for credit card transactions, or they can opt for payment by check or money order.
Bills of Lading. Each customer must sign a bill of lading when arranging freight pickup and upon its delivery. Copies are given to the consignee and recipient, while one copy is retained by the shipper, Champion Express Global LLC. This documentation serves as evidence of the pickup and acceptance of the freight.
